Return policy:

Product returns:Within 30 days after purchase, if the customer's product is sent to the wrong customer due to the seller's fault, the product is not damaged or stained, and the original packaging is intact, you can apply for a return. Return requests older than 30 days will not be accepted. The purchase invoice must be provided as proof when returning the product.

Refund method:After the return is approved, you can choose to refund via the original route.

Special situation handling: If the product has quality problems or is shipped incorrectly, the customer can apply for a return within 90 days of purchase, and the company will bear the return shipping and processing costs.

Not applicable to returns:The return policy does not apply to special items such as personalized products and consumables.

Return process:Please call the customer service hotline (+86-023-67853804) or send an email to ([email protected]) to apply for return. The customer service staff will assist you in completing the return process.

Exchange Policy

Product exchange:If the product is not damaged or stained within 15 days after purchase, and the original packaging is intact, you can apply for an exchange. Exchange requests older than 15 days will not be accepted. When exchanging goods, you need to provide the purchase invoice as proof.

Exchange conditions:Exchange can only be applied for if the size is inappropriate, the color does not match and other non-human damage reasons.

Exchange method:After passing the review, you can choose to exchange the same product or choose another product. The customer needs to pay the price difference himself or the company will refund the price difference.
